Do you ship internationally?
We ship outside India. But you will not be able to place order in website. Please get in touch with us, with your requirement.
Do you service all over India?
Yes, we can ship to any address that has a postal zipcode. We choose the best provider based on availability of service. If service is available via DTDC/ Ecomm Express/ Delhivery we use them otherwise we use India Post for order delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Some items may take longer than usual. It would be mentioned in the product description of such items. So, please read the product description carefully, before ordering.

How much do you charge for shipping?
The regular shipping charge is Rs. 60 per order. However this charge may change depending upon where you live. During sale times, we may have free shipping as well.
What do I do when the parcel does not reach me in 3 days?
A tracking number is sent to you, after your order is shipped. Please track the order through the carrier’s website. If the item is not being delivered, check with their customer care. If you are still not getting your parcel,do let us know. We will do all possible things, to get it delivered.
The tracking shows delivered. But the parcel is not delivered. What do I do?
Please check with your security/watchman first. He might have collected on your behalf. Please contact them before you contact us.
I was out when your shipping partner came to deliver the parcel. What do I do?
You will be contacted via the phone number you gave while you registered with us. If they could not reach you, there will be 2 more attempts for deliveries. If they still could not deliver, they ship it back to us. For shipping the parcel again, an additional shipping charge has to be paid.
What should I do when the parcel is tampered/misshaped during delivery?
We ensure that the parcel is well packed and goes out in good condition. When you find it tampered/broken/misshaped, you should refuse to accept the parcel and contact us within 24 hours. If receptionist/watchman/neighbor accepts on your behalf, it is considered as accepted by you.
What should I do,when wrong item is received?
You orders are cross verified, before they are packed to ensure all items are correct. In-spite of our best efforts, in case you receive a wrong item, please mail us within 3 days of order delivery. We shall replace it. If it requires that you ship the item back to us, your shipping charges would be issued as store credit.
