How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Normally it takes 2 days to dispatch and the package reaches you in 7-8 days. Due to covid, the delivery time may get extended. We’ll provide you with the tracking code using which you can track your order in real time.

How do I place an Order?

Click add to cart on the product you like. You are ordering a customizable item – eg. nameplate, enter your text details. Click on checkout and fill in your delivery details. 

Our order process is very fast and user friendly.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel order, you can login to your account and cancel directly from user’s dashboard. You can also contact us at hello@pipaltree.ngo to cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest also. 

How Do I Track My Order?
